Order Processing:
Orders typically require 2-3 business days for processing before they are handed over to the shipper. This allows us to ensure accuracy and quality before your package is dispatched.
Shipping Carrier:
We utilize the US Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipping needs. This ensures reliable and efficient delivery of your packages.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. These charges may vary depending on the destination and size of your order.
Returns:
We do accept returns for products for a few reasons. Products that are defective in some way or damaged. If the product is defective or damaged, please take a photo and reach out to me to remedy the situation. Resolution will not exceed the value of your original purchase. Because of the nature of our products, I am not able to accept returns for "personal preference" reasons such as not liking the scent. I only replace items that are defective or damaged, please contact me for details on how to handle that process.
Local Pickup:
We offer in-person local pickup by appointment only. If you prefer this option, please select it during the checkout process. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
Shipping Limitation:
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
